I have Windows 2000 Active Directory and Exchange 2000. <br />
<br />
I have plan to upgrade the AD to windows 2003 Active Directory and the Exchange to Exchange 2007.<br />
<br />
I will update the Active Directory first then I will upgrade the Exchange.<br />
<br />
My concern is; after upgrade the Active Directory and decommission all Windows 2000 Domain Controllers, does the Exchange 2000 will work with windows 2003 active directory without a problem?<br />

I have Windows 2000 Active Directory and Exchange 2000. 

I have plan to upgrade the AD to windows 2003 Active Directory and the Exchange to Exchange 2007.

I will update the Active Directory first then I will upgrade the Exchange.

My concern is; after upgrade the Active Directory and decommission all Windows 2000 Domain Controllers, does the Exchange 2000 will work with windows 2003 active directory without a problem?
