Can't find AppData folder in WIN 7

Can't find AppData folder in C:\Users\JAMAR\AppData

WIN 7 Windows Explorer does not display C:\Users\JAMAR\AppData folder. When I try to add this folder, returns 'Folder exists' How do I access this [hidden?] folder?

It's hidden folder. Follow this link to enable show/hide hidden files & folders and you should be good to go :)

open Windows Explorer ... Right click Start > Open Windows Explorer

in the top left hand corner is Organize button.  Choose Organize > Folder and Search Options

On the View tab, choose the "Show hidden files, folders and drives" under Hidden files and folders.

this will allow you to view the AppData directory.
Too bad...what different had I suggeested :(
