Why is my HP Officejet 7410xi only printing blue and black ?

Changed cartridges for new and genuine HP, and the same results.

How can I solve this problem?

Thank you!!!

Is the 7410xi separate Ink and Print Head?    If so, try cleaning the nozzles.   If the cartridges DO have an integrated head, then try cleaning the contacts in the shuttle according to the instructions.

IF that doesn't work, try reinstalling the drivers, removing any Color Profiles, etc.
Have you tried printing an internal test page, to see if all jets are working?

did it print ok before changing the cartridges?

Remove the print cartridge and check the contact points in the cartridge socket where the cartridge's contact pads seat.  It's not uncommon for ink to slop down the side of a cartridge and get onto the contact points.  If ink is seen on those contacts, carefully wipe it away with a cotton swab moistened with isopropyl alcohol.
Called HP and was informed the printer is dead and that It is cheaper to buy a new one. Thank you.
