GPO software install is not working if software has been uninstalled?

siber1 used Ask the Experts™
it appears that when assigning a package to be installled via GPO, that if the software is then uninstalled from the target workstation, the GPO will not try to re-install it.
does anyone know of a way to force the GPO to always check if the s/w is installed and if not, install it?

I found that: MSI Manager: Reinstall Applications Assigned by Group Policy

To summarize what it says, you cannot reintsall a sigle machine, you have to reinstall them all, unless you tweak your package.
