Outlook 2003 Crash when printing from message view

Hi All,

I have a problem :)

When I try to print from outlook 2003 in the message view (after you double click on the mail) Outlook crashes.  I have tried multiple printers and it fails right away.  If I print from the preview mode I can print no problem.

All I have to do is go to File --> Print.  I do not need to hit print or touch anything on the screen and I get the "Microsoft Outlook has encoutered a problem and needs to close" window.

How can I fix this??

I have all updates insalled, my pst file is less than 250 MB.

Thanks!

I am attaching some screen shots.   Error files I could find in the temp directory.

THis may have something to do with the fact that I uninstalled/reinstalled SP3 on the machine?? I am running XP Home SP3 now.

Do you have more than 1 printer installed ( I guess yes if you tried multiple printers).  Try to set a different printer to be the default printer (In the printers applet choose another printer, right click and choose set as default printer) and try it again.

Also, I found people recommending to reinstall or upgrade their Internet Explorer as a possible solution to the same/similar problem.

Should have guessed this!  Worked great!

It could also possible be the OutlPrnt file that has gone corrupt.
