Exchange 2010 Email Routing

Hello,
I am working on an Exchange 2010 implementation for my organization. I have a question regarding email routing. With Exchange 2003 all roles where combined on one box so obviously my MX record for my organization would point to my Exchange 2003 server. In Exchange 2010, with the roles being segmented which server should my MX record point to. I plan on running individual servers for CAS, HUB, and Mailbox. Would my MX record need to point my HUB server or my MB server ??/  Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Point the MX record to the HUB server...this is the only role that does the routing.

EndureKona I appreciate the response, much obliged. One more quick question for you if you don't mind. If I currently have my MX record pointing to my Exchange 2003 server, can I create a second MX record and point it to my Exchange 2010 HUB server for a period of coexistence or would you recommended just continuing to use just the Exchange 2003 MX record for mail routing ?   Thanks again .

Point the MX record to your firewall as usual and put a rule in to forward port 25 traffic to your HUB server.

yes you can have two MX records with the same weight...routing connector is setup between the two servers you should be fine.
