Quickbooks Sending From Wrong Email Account

I have a user who is using QB 2008 Premier on a XP box with Outlook 2007.  She has two accounts in her profile: Exchange and POP3. The POP3 is set as the default (don't ask why) and all works as anticipated.  She just got a new workstation and now QB insists on using the Exchange account to send PO's and such.  Her email address is correct in company info and I have selected to use QB for email then changed back with no luck.  I can't find anything in the registry. ...anyone seen this?

Was the POP3 profile created and then Exchange was added? If not, that is the possibly the problem. AFAIK, once an Exchange profile is setup as the first account, it remains the default no matter what you do.

Exchange was created first. However, it was on the other PC as well.  No, in Outlook, the POP3 is the default and works perfectly.  It's this piece of crap QB!  I was hoping to find where QB got it's info on what account to use for emailing so I could manually change it.  Any ideas?

thanks,

Thanks, I greatly appreciate your time.  My thing with QB is, I've had this same ? posted in Intuit's forums and have goten more of a response here..their support is almost non-existent if it goes beyond the very basics.
Not excatly a solution but the only thing I got so I'm accepting this answer in appreciation for the efforts.
