Unable to see Exchange 2007 Information Store via Remote Agent on Symantec Backup Exec 12.5

Have run through a number of forum posts / Symantec articles with no luck so starting to run out of ideas. As a break down we have the following servers configured:

Windows Server 2008 with Exchange 2007 SP2 and Symantec Remote Agent
Windows Server 2008 R2 with Symantec Backup Exec 12.5

Both servers are fully patched as is the Backup Exec software. Licences have been confirmed and it shows the Exchange Agent listed etc.

I've run through the below with no change to the setup:

Unfortunately every time I try to select the Exchange server Symantec doesn't show the Information stores / Doesn't realize it has Exchange on it to backup etc.

Hopefully I'm missing something obvious but any help appreciated, attached is the log file from the agent that does show what I believe are the obvious errors. I'm just not sure what else to do to fix them :)
