XML::LibXSLT error in Debian Lenny

I get the following compile error when installing koha open source :
"This version of XML::LibXSLT requires XML::LibXML 1.66 (ABI 1), which is incompatible with currently installed XML::LibXML 1.70 (ABI 2). Please upgrade"  I believe I need to go back a version, and not upgrade.
How would I step back a version of  XML:: LibXSLT through cpan?

You could try upgrading XML::LibXSLT

I tried that actually - it did not work, there were errors.  What I really need to do is downgrade, if thats possible.
