Recently I upgraded to Windows 7 which I installed after reformatting my HD. &nbsp;Now I am trying to customize the folder view in Windows Explorer. &nbsp;However, when I go to Tools Menu &gt;&nbsp;Folder options &gt;&nbsp;View tab &gt;&nbsp;Folder View, the &quot;Apply to Folders&quot; button is always grayed out thus preventing me from applying the changes to all folders. &nbsp;Any suggestions on what may be causing this?<br />
