&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; We have purchased this IP phones on garage sale, now I like to set this up for our use, since we have skype accounts (business account) and skype IP phones, I know that I need some call manager like 3cx, but is it possible that this will work without the 3cx and use skype sever directly as what this skype IP phones do?<br />

IP telephony (Internet Protocol telephony) is a general term for the technologies that use the Internet Protocol's packet-switched connections to exchange voice, fax, and other forms of information that have traditionally been carried over the dedicated circuit-switched connections of the public switched telephone network (PSTN).
