How do I send an email to a user, when a resource is booked?
I have created a resource mailbox for a projector. I configured the projector to auto reply when someone wants to use it. How can I forward the auto response to a delegate, for example It@domain.com, so that the IT department knows who to give the projector to? The delegate does not need to approve the the projector when its booked.
