Help with a bug in my website

Hey there,
I am having some trouble with a webpage.
If you look at the image you will see the facebook, twitter stuff that is supposed to be on the Left Hand Side.
However if you look at the image attached at times it floats down at the bottom.

The webpage is http://avn.org.au/avn

Can anyone help me understand why this would be happening?

It doesn't happen all the time, only occasionally?

can you give more specific about the error, just answer my question:
1. Is it happened when having slow access?
2. Always happened with any browsers or specific browser
3. is there any specific condition that makes it error
I'll bring the solution after you answer the question

I am getting this error
