Cross Database Ownership Chaining between two databases under a single instance in sql server 2005

plz provide inputs to the below queries:

1.How to enable Cross Database Ownership Chaining between two databases (database A, database B)to group of users in a database A.

2.How to give permission to db_owner user of database A, where he can create a view to get data from database B.

3.How to give only executing view permission to remaining users in database A.

Enabling at the database level itself would suffice and thanks for correcting it out..
