Average speed/throughput estimate for backup job

Hi Experts,
I am trying to figure out the advantages of more, faster and smaller-sized drives in an storage server for the speed of an backup job.
Could anyone estimate the average throughput (or at least the difference) I can expect for a Job in Backup Exec in the following scenarios:

Storage Server: DL380G6
HP Storageworks MSA 60 with 24x 1TB 3,5" SAS Midline 7,2k
HP StorageWorks MSL4048,48 SLOTS 2x LTO-4 SCSI

Storage Server: DL380G6
HP Storageworks MSA 60 with 24x 450GB 3,5" SAS ENT 15k
HP StorageWorks MSL4048,48 SLOTS 2x LTO-4 SCSI

Storage Server: DL380G6
HP Storageworks MSA 70 with 50x 300GB 2,5" SAS 10k
HP StorageWorks MSL4048,48 SLOTS 2x LTO-4 SCSI

How much slower (percentage) would be the following Tape Loader:
HP StorageWorks MSL2024 24 SLOTS 1xLTO-4 SCSI

Is there an advantage if I use two 24XLTO-4 with one drive instead of one 48xLTO4 with 2 drives?

Thanks,
