Upgrade led to solution, but not upgrade to 7.20 but only a new patch level 16.<br />

I have installed a SAP GUi 7.10 on a win2008 server, but when i try to log-on i get this message:<br />

&quot;Cannot initialize context management library.&quot;<br />
<br />
And when i press OK, I get this:<br />

&quot;Could not start (RC=183)<br />
