Hi <br />
I have a letter in Word 2007 and I want to add greetings, so <br />
1. I opened the letter document and click my mouse at the top<br />
2. Mailings-Write &amp;&nbsp;Insert Fields goup, <br />
but Greeting Line is grayed out(disabled.)<br />

Why is this group disabled? &nbsp;Is there any solution?

Microsoft Word is a commercial document editing program that is part of the Microsoft Office suite.
