Terminal Server On-Screen Keyboard

I Have a about 80 think clients that connect to terminal servers at remote locations.  They all work just fine except one terminal has a pesky on screen keyboard that pops up at log in.  It is quite annoying and the user is starting to give me grief.  I have checked the startup folder but it is not in there.  The thin clients are Bosa Nova and the terminal servers are Windows Server 2008 Standard.

Thank you.
