Cannot turn off Offline Files in Windows 7 and SBS 2008

I have added a new Windows 7 Pro x32 client to the SBS 2008 domain.  I originally had the Desktop and Documents folders redirected to the server via the SBS Console.  However, when I turned off the Folder Redirection in the SBS Console, the Win7 client is now having Offline Files errors.

On the Windows 7 client, the Documents and Desktop folders still show the redirected icon and the properties show the folders redirected to \\servername\Redirectedfolders\username.  I have resstarted and logged off/on multiple times, but the redirection is still active.  When I go to the properties of the redirected folders, there is an error stating that the Offline Files are disconnected and there are unsynced changes.

How do I get rid of the folder redirection?

Hello,

Try moving the Windows 7 machines out of the default SBS business OU and into a new OU at the root of the domain, in Active Directory. That "should" remove the GPO which is applying the folder redirection policy.
