I have a spreadsheet that tracks the attendance, each month has its own tab, the name of the employee is in cell i3 that happens to be a merged cell, there is a running calculation of points and different levels of actions that are taken when certain levels are reached, this is my question I want macro to send an email once a certain level is reached; ie when m2 = written or above an email is sent, I need thi from the sheet labeled FEB10. I am using excel 2007 & outlook 2007. Attached is a copy of the spreadsheet. Thanks again for any help
PS the mail title should read "\"employee name" is @ a corrective action level. The body of the email should have the name, the value in cell M2. the email will be need to sent to about 3 people

how do you want to trigger the sending of message ?
easy& most controlled is to have the user press a button to send all messages. Or can use the On_change event for the cell.
