Many of our customers are loving the droid. It syncs well with Exchange. Much faster then the Windows Mobile. Better battery life. And it doesn't lock up and need to be rebooted as often. Compared with the iPhone it has MUCH, MUCH, MUCH better coverage in this part of the country.
But there are a couple of items very high on people's wish lists. One is to access other people's calendars. I have seen so many people asking for that on the web, that I am sure it will be coming soon. But the one I received this morning seems like a simple one -- They want to be able to sync their Outlook Tasks to the Droid.
I did see one response that suggested using Companion Link Syncronize. That sync's Outlook to google then google to the phone -- much like the Blackberry copies all your personal data to their servers where they can be accessed by the government without a warrant. Conspiracy theorists unite!!!
What is out there that would allow it to sync DIRECTLY to the phone? Any thoughts????
I just helped someone with this same problem. You can sync Outlook with your droid without paying for any extra applications.

Here are directions for setting up Outlook with your droid. It will sync email, calendar, tasks, and contacts.
On the droid:
hit the menu key and go to settings
Accounts and Sync
add account
Microsoft Exchange/Active Sync (depending on the droid model and software)
fill out the info
All set!
Now you can use the "email" application and the corporate calendar. They will sync. You can set your options on your phone to have the emails and calendar changes/updates pushed to you.

I selected this answer as the most complete and accurate. The problem was syncing tasks. Native support syncs email, calendar (when it works) and contacts (most of the time). Touchdown by Nitrodesk hasn't missed once.
