Stop error 0x0000007B while loading XP after replacing system board on HP nx6115 notebook

I have a HP nx6115 Laptop.
I just replaced the system board and when I try to load a fresh copy of XP Pro or Home I receive the following Stop error. I even tried it with a brand new notebook hard drive.
Says check for viruses etc but I have tried the exhisting hard drive and a brand new one but same error.
