Stop error 0x0000007B while loading XP after replacing system board on HP nx6115 notebook

I have a HP nx6115 Laptop.
I just replaced the system board and when I try to load a fresh copy of XP Pro or Home I receive the following Stop error. I even tried it with a brand new notebook hard drive.

Says check for viruses etc but I have tried the exhisting hard drive and a brand new one but same error.

STOP 0x0000007B

Help!?

Thank You!

Thanks, I did look at those articles already...
I found something stating that the BIOS might off from the new system board and the hard drive so I went into the BIOS and reset to defaults and it appears to be working now...
Ill let you know in a few hours.
