Using Dynamics CRM 4.0 with Update Rollup 8. We'd like to be able to have tasks, appointments and other activities synchronize with users Exchange mailboxes without them having to run the CRM Client for Outlook.
For example, a salesperson is out of the office and someone (or some workflow) creates a phone call task for them. We'd like that to get pushed directly into Exchange so that it syncs with their windows mobile phone without having to run Outlook to synchronize the activity.
This may or may not matter, but we are using a hosted Exchange server.
