Try 5.0.06.0160.  It is the only version supporting Windows 7

And according to the release notes it does not support any kind of Aircard like Verizon or At&T.

"The VPN Client on Windows 7 does not support WWAN devices (also called wireless data cards). "

Also, try right-clicking the installer and running it as administrator.  Your current login may not have the rights to change system devices like network interfaces.

i have administrative right and also i tried th ryn as administrator ...... same error
accualy the error comes when the installation starts installing network components

and im using cisco vpn client ver 5.0.06.0160

im using a laptop lenovo t61 .... if this could help
You could try installing and setting up XP mode then installing the VPN inside the XP mode session.  If this works, it is somewhat inconvenient because you have to open XP mode when you want to use it but it has some benefits too.  The biggest one is that the XP mode session can be connected to the VPN but the system itself is still operating normally so you can connect to both your VPN and keep access to your regular network connection.
