Cannot see workstations in "my network neighborhood", I can see Servers fine.

I have a customer that on their network they cannot see workstations in "my network neighborhood". They can ping, remote desktop and manage the workstations through Active Directory. But for some reason I cannot push any update from my distribution server to the clients nor see them in network neighborhood. I can see member servers just fine. Anyone have any idea why this might be? Thanks in advance.

Install Wins on the server, add server IP to the Wins tab on the clients.
