Using SP2007, when I add a web part I can't get the Title to show. The web part I am adding is Links. I'm keying the Title in under "modify" but only the links show, not the title. It's a little confusing because I need to put more than one of these on the page and need the Title to show to distinguish the diff groups. Thanks.

My settings are not being saved. I hit apply and OK after adding my title and setting Chrome to Title but when I exit edit mode the title still doesn't display. I go back into edit and Chrome is back to none. Is there a higher setting that us overiding my change?

After you hit Apply, are there any error messages (red) in the settings pane?

I don't see any. When I hit apply it saves the setting in Chrome. Just reverses when I close it. Do I need to change toolbar type?

I only have apply and OK options. No save.

I think you should have.
For me it looks as in the image.
