Thank you, I was hoping to avoid creating a new profile and that she had a mysterious setting enabled but that does not seem like the case, I have a program that scans sent email to create the receipiant cache.<br />

I have a user that recieves emails that have a trail from reply's, the font in trailing messages have changed to 1.5 when it is sent by a Mac user on Office 2008 or 2004, it is hard to explain so I have enclosed a picture. as you can see the font is to small to see, you can change the font in the email to a reasonable size when you click reply but I want to change it so she does not have to go through all that. I had the same users on Macs send me an email and we played a reply game and the font was fine.<br />
