I can't get this ICANN website to work!

I can't seem to use the search feature on this site.  I've tried Firefox and IE.  Anyone else get this problem?

http://www.icann.org/en/udrp/udrpdec.htm

Any suggestions?  Would this questions be better in another zone?  Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this?  It doesn't need to be pretty, I just need to search ICANN UDRP decisions.

Thanks a million!

Thanks for tackling my question ashraf882.  Unfortunately that's a different link that only offers titles

http://www.icann.org/en/udrp/udrpdec.htm is a search engine for the text/body/document of the decision.  The source code doesn't make any sense.  Where is the form sending the search terms?

      Enter search terms:
      <INPUT

      TYPE="text" SIZE="50" NAME="words">
      <INPUT TYPE="submit" VALUE="Search">
      <BR>
      Match:
      <SELECT NAME="method">
        <OPTION VALUE="and" SELECTED>All

      <OPTION VALUE="or">Any

      <OPTION VALUE="boolean">Boolean

    </SELECT>
    Display Format:
    <SELECT NAME="format">

      <OPTION VALUE="long" SELECTED>Long

      <OPTION VALUE="builtin-short">Short

    </SELECT>
    <INPUT TYPE="hidden" NAME="config" VALUE="icann_udrp">
    <INPUT TYPE="hidden" NAME="restrict" VALUE="">
