Using Window XP professional with XP3
and Domain Controller windows 2003 with sp2.
Problem started from 45 Days after Server 2003 and xp got updated by microsoft new patches.
Windows 2003 Domain default Machine Policy not get applied on all xp desktop
Could you access that file manually?

There are 2 steps to completely disable USB devices on your server:
1. Disable new devices (devices never plugs in your server): Use the above ADM template.
2. Disable old devices (devices already been plugged to your server): Rename/Remove the usbstor.inf from c:\Windows\System32. I guess it could be done with a startup bat file.
