How can I make a patch to overwrite 2 files in a program?

I have a program that I have to routinely install.  after I install it I have to copy 2 different updated files to 2 different locations in the programs folder.  How can I automate the process?  I would like to be able to double click on one .exe or batch file and then copy the 2 files to the specified location overwriting the previous outdated files.  I am running windows XP.

Is there any way to get the file to contain the new files?

That worked great.  I found a way to include the files.  I need to convert it to an exe.  I used this free program.  http://www.softpedia.com/get/System/File-Management/Batch-To-Exe-Converter.shtml
