Domain SSL License for Exchange 2010

I am getting ready to purchase a Domain SSL from GlobalLicense for my Exchange 2010. What do I need to do? For the Organizational Name what do I list?

The Exchange server is as follows:
hchm-exchg01.BrookeMedicalCenter.local

The server name is hchm-exchg01 and the internal Domain is BrookeMedicalCenter.local

I have an external domain that is bmc.org

For users that want to use the OWA external use the following https://mail.bmc.org/owa
When I get ready to list the organization name on the CSR what do I list. Do I use mail.bmc.org or do I list the name of my Exchange Server, which is hchm-exchg01? These certificates are not cheap and I want to make sure I get this right the first time.

The bmc.org is just a domain name, which I have that being forwarded to my PIX, which the PIX then forwards it to the Exchange.

Do apply the certificate to the server and the exchange or just the exchange? I can apply certificates with IIS Manager and Exchange. I just want to make sure I do this right.
Thank you.

Certificates are manages by exchange and not by IIS do you know how to create the CSR ?
