Hello,
I am unable to print from tray 2 on a network printer.
All users have the printer added to their workstation directly from the print server (Server 2008 r2 X64), the printer has both X86 and X64 drivers installed.

The printer is installed twice, 1 as A5 from tray 1 and 2nd as A4 from tray 2, even though I added the 2nd printer and configured it on the print server to print only from tray 2 it continues to print from tray 1 (A5), only when I remove the papers from tray 1 it can print from tray 2.

HP Laserjet 4050N, users OS: XP SP3
print server: Windows Server 2008 R2 X64

Need help asap,
Thanks.
