TBIA Error on starting Windows 7

When I start my pc (Windows 7 64 bits), there is this window that appears in French (my pc is in French):
TBIA  Tentative de référence à un jeton qui n'existe pas
that could be translated as :
TBIA Try to refer to a token ring that does not exist.

My PC is going fine, no problem. But why this window message appears?

Thank you.

tbia sounds like a generic term, but the mention of "token ring" makes me wonder if your network drivers are installed properly.  is this os upgraded from vista, or is it fresh out of the box from the manufacturer?
to my knowledge, token ring is an ancient office network protocal that is no longer used.   it required a seperate physical adapter on a pc or laptop.

if there was a problem, i would suggest installing the latest greatest drivers for your network adapters, but if the error message has no practical effect than i would be hesitant to spend much time on it.
Please get rid of spywares

Run ComboFix first and then run Spybot to clean up the remnants.
