System Information Icon in Start menu with an i symbol

system Information Icon only appears whenever there is an alert from the system. The alert may or may not be critical. Just double click the i icon with i symbol and see what is the alert.

I find the path of system information icon by right clicking the properties in start menu drop down list. Find target. And the Path is c:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\MSInfo- and the file is msinfo32. In system information dialogue box, go to tools and in drop down menu test Net Diagnostics and Direct X Diagnostics. No problem found. Still i symbol is there. Probably some conflict with other application (software) that was loaded after OS was loaded or may be conflict of file system. OS was loaded in Fat32 file system and Adobe Reader version 8 was loaded in CDFS system or may be the anti virus K7 Toatl Securities which is conflicting with the system. Lastly during installation of OS all information could not be collected- that may be the reason. However I am partly helpful. Thanks
