MySql: Convert all tables in INNODB from MYISAM engine

I've an application which is running on MYISAM engine. Now, we are planning to change INNODB engine. Will it make any such effect on the application? What will be advantages and disadvantages if we will do conversion from MYISAM to INNODB

Before moving to InnoDB make sure you are not using FULLTEXT searches in MyISAM. InnoDB is more resource intensive, slower for reads in normal circumstances unless you tune it with perfection.
