AFAIK, given Windows server, one can be assured that bios and os clock are syncronous.

But is there a way to check from inside os? I don't want to reboot my PDC to check the clock...

And yes, it is possible for OS manages to syncronize its clock with bios one and vice versa. Sorry for I cant pinpoint aprropriate API right now.
This is the best money I have ever spent. I cannot not tell you how many times these folks have saved my bacon. I learn so much from the contributors.
