On our domain users have been using the domain administrator account for some time, I have now locked this down and want them to use their own accounts.
Now issues are appearing due to configuration problems. When any user regardless of group membership logs onto the SQL server, opens Server Management Studio and connects to the Intergration Services, then tries to open a folder called MSDB in Store Packages they get the attached error.
When I log in as the domain administrator account this works fine, I have added the required groups & tried specific users into the msdtsserver001 DCOM component but no change.
Sorry made no difference, that appears to be issues with the database access, it is actually the Integrated Services that we are unable to expand logged in as any user other than an Domain Admin.
