Server 2008 Standard Question ("limited to 1 standalone DFS root.")

We are trying to decide whether to by Server 2008 R2 Standard or Enterprise. I would definatly go with standard but I am not sure what ""limited to 1 standalone DFS root." means? We are using DFS to replicate data between two sites so I want to make sure we get the correct version. Can someone help clear this up for me? Right now we have one namespce setup.
Windows Server 2008
