asked on OWA Running Very Slow
I have a brand new Exchange server running 2003 enterprise. OWA is currently on the mail server. Up until today OWA has been very quick. Now there is a drastic slowdown when navigating the OWA website especially when logging in.

Check DNS entries and also check your GC/DC performance?
Its better you increse disgnostic logging to maximum and see what is really going on.

-checked the event log?
-run a bunch of pings to see if it's general network (between client-server) lag?
DNS issues can often be a cause of these weird behaviours...
