Cisco Pix 515e Redundancy setup

Hi this is a continuation of a question that was asked earlier on ( https://www.experts-exchange.com/questions/25156511/new-network-setup.html )

i would like to know is that, i have two Site to Site VPNS setup to the Remote Site (both through 2 different isp's)  so if one isp is down the the other stays up.

Firstly, how do i configure the pix so that it sends traffic out ADSL 1 and if the connection is down then it will choose Adsl 2

secondly, if i introduced a Second Pix 515e in the network and had ADSL 1 go in one Pix and ADSL 2 in the Other Pix, would that be a better Redundancy setup. or keep it as it is right now and configure the other PIX with exactly the same settings and if the main Pix goes down simply plug in the new one.(manual intervention required)

My main concern is that connection has to be up all the time between the main site and the Remote site

thank you
