I'm trying to connect to a shared printer on Imac, I'm using Windows XP.
I open the Workgroup on my PC and actually find the HP Printer Shared on Imac, when I try to install, windows XP show me a printer list, my printer is not on that list, so I choose the option "have a disk", put the hp printer driver cd on cd rom and point to it "my printer is HP photosmart 2600 series", at this point event with the cd already open, the windows xp said "it not have the printer driver on this CD".

Yes, but the shared printer is located in Imac, so the problem is the same, I will allways asks for driver printer and you will need to point it to a cd rom, and that is the problema, event with the original cd it continues saying that the printer driver is not there.
