Outlook Express on windows 7
How can I have Outlook Express running on windows 7?
Using other mail client is not an option. I need it to reproduce an error my clent has with his mail.
When I try to install it it says that a newer version of internet exporer was detected and stops.
I have uninstalled IE8 following the instructions on microsoft website but still getting the same error.

i use Windows Mail on W7, but it is not supported.
if you want to reproduce OE problems, best use an XP system ! (you can try it in virtual machine)

Problem solved by setting up an XP desktop on our VMWare server. My PC hardware did not support virtualization and hence I could not run Windows XP mode using Virtual PC from Microsoft.
There is no practical way to run Outlook Express on Windows 7 without virtualization.
