Office contains something like restricted permission where some people are prevented from seeing or editing certain files. If the template for this task was somehow produced using this then it could result in error.<br />

I've tried starting in safe mode. Still can't delete. Also added new outlook profile and still can't delete.<br />

Can you do File--&gt;Properties on it and see if the &quot;Sensitivity&quot; is set &nbsp;to Normal

I have a user that is trying to delete a task in her inbox but it comes up with the error above. It also won't open or move anywhere! <br />
