BSOD CDD.dll BugCheck 0x50

So, I recently decided to get SVideo cables to attach my TV to my computer as a second display. Recently I have been getting BSOD with a related cause of CDD.dll's function BitBlt().

I don't have too much more information than that, but it usually happens when moving an app over to the second screen and choosing fullscreen, or when I disable then reenable the monitor.

The connections for both the TV and computer are both one on NVIDIA 9800 GXT+ card: SVideo and DVI. I have the newest drivers (this was the first thing I checked).

Actually there was an update a month ago and another one two days ago now that I check. I'll update and try again, but the drivers I'm using now were compatible with Windows 7.
There are certain memory related exceptions that I have come accross and all were related to drivers on W7 so this is the first thing I suggest.

There is a seperate driver for display, is that updated too?
