I am trying to track a message that was sent some time ago but the logs for that date have been deleted.
I restored the logs and am now able to see the information about that email in the message tracking center but when i double click it to see the additional information it takes a long time to populate the Message History window.
I need to know:
1) Is this normal?
2) Was the email delivered?
The Message History info shown is:
SMTP: Store Driver: Message Submitted to Store
SMTP: Message Subbmitted to Advanced Queuing
SMTP: Started Message Submition to Advanced Queuing
SMTP: Message submitted to Categorizer
SMTP: Message submitted and queued for routing
SMTP: Message queued for local delivery
SMTP: Message Delivered locally to XXX@XXX.XX
SMTP: NON-Deliverd Report (NDR) Generated
Was this email delivered or not?
