Configure network and firewall for Website Hosting

Last Modified: 2013-11-16
I need to configure out firewall and network so that we can begin hosting part of our website.   We currently have a T1 line that we use for internet access using a Watchguard Firewall.   I need to setup out network so that we can begin hosting part of our site.  I have a Windows 2008 Server that I am going to use to host the site.

Because I am primarily a developer I am not sure where i need to start.   Obviously i need to make sure that our data and existing network is sure from the internet.   I am thinking that I need to create a secondary network behind the firewall for the website hosting server but i am not sure.   The data the the website will need is located on our primary network .

I am looking for some help on where i need to start and how i should proceed to get this project going and the website hosting setup.

Any help would be appreciated.
