Excel - disable save as from toolbar - BUT, NOT disable the other toolbar commands

I have found in many places how to disable the saveas function.  However, in every case I have attempted other toolbar commands are also disabled.  I need the users to have the ability to use the Drawing toolbar, the undo/redo functions etc.

Every manner I have used from examples on the internet have disabled those other features as well.

Thank you all for any assistance you may provide.
