I have a strange problem on one of our agent's pc. He can view a crystal report fine on his machine, but he can't export the report to pdf, or excel etc. even tho he has the programs installed. He is just missing the export button on the report viewer. On all the other agents pcs, the button is there. And on mine as well. I've attached an image for this.
Any ideas what dll's i need to register on his pc ?
We reinstalled the CR9 viewer for him, but nothing. Only thing that changed, is that our IT dept. decided it was a good idea to format his machine last week, and since then, the button is just gone. We haven't changed anything to our application in probably over 2 months, and it works perfectly on everybody else's machine.
