Microsoft Wireless Desktop 3000
Hello all
Today the company changed our keyboards and mouse and installed us the wireless Microsoft desktop 3000. I am facing the following problem:
My colleague just opposite me when he is using the mouse or the keyboard it interferes with my keyboard and mouse. Is there something we can do to avoid it?
Can we change frequency or something?

Where is the transmitter unit? is it like a little usb flash drive, or is it on a cable and sits on your desk? If it is the latter, then I would make sure that the red IR plastic face is pointed tward you (and the same for the person across from you) to make sure they are pointing away from each other. I would also put something solid behind your transmitter to block the transmission from going in his direction and vise versa for his.

Our desks are attached . We have the receiver with the usb cable and the guy accross me he has it under the desk on the pc tower. Mine is next to my screen.
