Cisco IDS 4215 upgrade 5.1->6.0 problem

Hi all, I recently bought an IDS 4215 on ebay, and I want to upgrade it to 6.0. It was 5.0, I upgraded to 5.1 without troubles, but can't upgrade to 6.0.
If i boot in rommon and get a 6.0E1 img file via TFTP, I got kernel panic: not enough memmory and no killable processes, but I added 512Mb of RAM and still the same, If I try the upgrade command, no matter I run 5.0 or 5.1 image, I got this error:

Error: execUpgradeSoftware : AnalysisEngine is currently busy and unable to process this update.  Please wait several minutes before attempting update again.

I waited several minutes, even an hour, but every time I got this message.

I saw a case at cisco here:
https://supportforums.cisco.com/docs/DOC-3589;jsessionid=EB9ADF79472A84799B0495DAAB73F2D1.node0
but this has to be from an older version, as I do not have the files mentionned when tried this.

here the file I tried:
Running images:
IPS-4215-K9-sys-1.1-a-5.1-6-E1.img
IPS-4215-K9-sys-1.1-a-5.0-1.img

Kernel panic images:
IPS-4215-K9-sys-1.1-a-6.0-1-E1.img
IPS-4215-K9-sys-1.1-a-6.0-5-E3.img
IPS-4215-K9-sys-1.1-a-6.0-6-E3.img

can't upgrade pacakges:
IPS-K9-6.0-1-E1.pkg
...

Any help would be much much appreciated, thanks.
